Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday addressed a rally in the poll-bound Uttar Pradesh’s Aligarh city where he slammed state Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav for joining hands with the Congress party.
Modi said the alliance was formed in fear of him as the PM won’t “spare thieves and plunderers.”
He also criticized the Uttar Pradesh government over the power crisis.
He said Aligarh is famous for locks and the same are now used to lock factories in Aligarh.
